I will recommend everyone to stop in and receive detail information on the Medicare Store. My insurance agent Andi went over various plans in details and I was impressed with her knowledge. The Medicare store gave me a warm reception from the receptionist to the agent I had a remarkable experience and satisfied with my plan.

We starting working with Andi at the Medicare Store in Las Vegas, NV in early June 2020, we went to the Medicare Store because of a referral from a friend. From day one Andi was attentive to all of our questions, followed through when we started having problems with Social Security on my Wife's initial sign-up because they made a mistake on the dates she supposed to start. All through the mix-up with Social Security Andi continued to check in with us either by phone or email. When the Social Security problems were resolved, Andi met with us on a Saturday to ensure my Wife's Supplement coverage would start on the first of the month. Everything she told us on the phone was backed up by her professionalism and product knowledge in person.
